By when can I make payment for the order?

You have the following to pay for your order 5 days from the moment of its submission. After this time, the order is canceled.

How to generate a return?

Under the "Orders" tab at the bottom of the TONO website.EN select "I want to return the product" and follow the steps below:

  1. Enter the order number for which you want to generate a return.
  2. Enter the phone number or email address used when placing the order.
  3. Choose the products you want to return.
  4. Choose how to return your products. (When returning via parcel machines, you do not need to attach a return form or affix any label.)
  5. Choose the form of reimbursement.
  6. Approve return.
  7. Pack and send the goods back to us.
How can I return goods?

You can return the goods by choosing one of two ways:

  • Return via parcel machines: All you have to do is generate a return code through the TONO panel, and then take the package to any Inpost parcel machine. The cost of return is PLN 9, by which the amount of your refund will be reduced. When choosing this return option, you do not need to include a return form with the package.
  • Return by selected courier/Postal Mail: You can send the goods back using the courier of your choice, with the enclosed return form.
How much time do I have to return?

To return the goods you have 14 days from receiving your order from us.

I returned the goods. How long do I have to wait for a refund?

We have a deadline of 14 days for disbursement of funds, but on average returns are processed in 1-2 days after we receive the shipment. The refund is ordered as soon as the return is processed, so the next day the money should already be in your account.

I have a discount code. Where can I enter it?

Under the "Account" tab at the bottom of the TONO page.PL select "My Discounts" and enter the discount code number. After activation, the prices of the products will be automatically reduced according to the discount.

Can I exchange the product for another?

Yes, within 14 days from the receipt of your order you can exchange the goods for another.

How to replace a product with another?

Generate a return of the exchanged goods. On the return form in the notes to the store (or the attached card), write what product you want to exchange the current goods for, stating the name, color and size.

How clothes are measured in our store?

Measure the clothes flat, from the outside, and multiply the resulting value x2. The tolerance is 1-2 cm.

  • Dimensions after the dash - are the dimensions after stretching the fabric.
  • Dimensions before and after the slash - these are the dimensions of the shortest and longest parts of the garment.
  • If the size is broken, such as 44/48, it means that the garment comes in a universal size and fits people with sizes: 44,46,48.
In what time are the orders processed?

The average lead time for orders is 1-3 business days. During periods of increased traffic, lead times may be extended, but we always do our best to get your ordered products to you as soon as possible. If you need more information about the exact shipping date of your order, please contact our customer service team.
