How to make a return in TONO?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if something doesn't quite meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt of shipment to return or exchange the product.
How to make a return?
The most convenient option is to return via InPost parcel machines - cost is 10,32 pLN, which will be deducted from the reimbursement amount. All you need to do is generate a return label in TONO Panel and deliver the package to any Parcel Machine.
If you wish, you can also send the return at your own expense via any courier company or the Polish Post Office. In this case, attach a completed return form - you can print it out, handwrite it or send it by email.

When will I receive my refund?
We return the funds within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment we receive your return, but it usually takes us 1-3 business days.
How to make the exchange?
Would you like to exchange the product for another? It's simple! Just follow the same steps as for returns, and on the return form, in the section "Notes to the store" in the panel or on the attached card you will write what product you want to exchange it for.
Specify its name, color and size, and we'll take care of the rest.
You don't have to worry about additional costs - when replacing, we cover the cost of re-shipping!
Important!
Remember to make the product complete - if there were accessories in the set, such as belts, brooches or necklaces, they should return to us with it. This guarantees fast and hassle-free processing of your return.
