TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TONO LOYALTY PROGRAM.EN
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Regulations are the basis for the operation of the loyalty program and define the rights and obligations of the Program Participant, as well as the obligations of the Organizer.
The organizer of the program is FBT PSA with registered office at Zrębin 27 Street, 28-230 Połaniec, KRS 0000943942 NIP:6443564791 REGON:521014912.
The loyalty program is aimed at customers of the TONO store.EN.
Under the Program, the Participant accumulates points in his account. Accumulated points can be exchanged for prizes in accordance with the rules set out in these Regulations.
The purpose of running a loyalty program is to support the sales of the Organizer's company.
The organizer is the pledgee of the prize within the meaning of Art. 919 and 921 of the Civil Code.
The right to use the account and, in particular, to exchange points, is personal and vests only in the Participant.
Information about the termination date of the TONO store's Loyalty Program will be posted on the website WWW.TONO.EN one month in advance.
In case of termination of the loyalty program of the TONO store, the points can be exchanged for prizes within 30 days from the date of termination of the program. After this date, the points are cancelled.
§2. DEFINITIONS
Loyalty program- a program that allows Participants to accumulate points on their account and gives the opportunity to exchange points for prizes in accordance with the rules set out in these regulations.
Customer - a person making a purchase from the WWW online store.TONO.EN
Organizer - FBT PSA with registered office at 27 Zrębin Street, 28-230 Połaniec
Operator - the company IAI S.A. With its registered seat at 30 Piastów Avenue, 71-064 Szczecin, which, on the basis of an agreement with the Organizer, performs certain activities related to the operation of the loyalty program.
Points- points awarded according to the rules specified in §5 of these Regulations.
Program participant - a customer who has correctly completed the application form.
Prize catalog- a catalog of prizes awarded in exchange for earned points under the rules described in these regulations, available at http://tono.en/Program-Lojalnosciowy-cterms-pol-31.html .

§3. PARTICIPATION
A participant in the program can be an adult with full legal capacity and a legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the www.tono.en , and meets the prerequisites for participation in the Program indicated in the Regulations.
Each Participant can have only one account in the Program.
With the registration on the site www.tono.enl The customer activates his account and becomes a Participant in the TONO Loyalty Program
The participant undertakes to inform the Organizer about the change of his personal data. In case of failure to notify the change of personal data, the Organizer is not responsible for the delay or lack of action caused by the failure to update the data.
§4. SCORING SYSTEM
Points are awarded as follows. For every zloty spent, the participant gets 1 point in the loyalty program. He gets 20 points for each approved opinion.
Points are awarded from the moment of registration on the TONO website.EN
Registration of points takes place automatically after 30 days from the date of ordering.
The participant makes a request to redeem points for prizes in a way through a panel on the TONO website.EN
If goods are returned, points will not be credited.
§5. GRANTING OF AWARDS
The customer can exchange the points accumulated on his account for prizes. The prize catalog can be found on the website https://tono.en/product-forpoints-sforpoints-pol.html?forpoints=y Accumulated points are not redeemable for cash.
The organizer reserves the right to change the prize catalog and to change the number of points required to receive a specific prize. These changes are effective as soon as they are published on the website.
The condition for receiving the prize is the absence of arrears in payments to the Organizer.
A participant requesting a designated prize undergoes verification of the number of points accumulated on his account, then within 7 days the prize is issued to him. The deadline for the release of the prize is subject to change for reasons beyond the control of the Organizer.
The prize, acting for and on behalf of the Operator, will be issued to the Participants by the Program Operator.
The participant does not have the right to change or cancel the prize order.
The prize is issued by courier service.
In the event that the Prize is subject to tax for Participants not making business-related purchases, the value of the Prize includes the tax due, and the cash portion of the Prize will be automatically collected before the Prize is issued for tax purposes.
If the participant makes purchases in connection with his or her business activity, it is the responsibility of the participant to settle the tax with the relevant tax authority.
§6.CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM
A participant may withdraw from the program at any time. For this purpose, he sends to the e-mail address contact@tono.en pertinent information.
The Organizer reserves the right not to award the prize to a Participant in a situation where the Participant undertakes actions contrary to these Regulations.
§8. ADVERTISEMENTS
The participant has the option of filing a complaint at the Organizer's address or by e-mail at contact@tono.en
The complaint should include at least the participant's details and the reason for the complaint.
Complaints will be considered within 14 days of notification.
§9. PERSONAL DATA
The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Participant expressed at the time of joining the loyalty program.
The administrator of the personal data is the Organizer of the program: FBT PSA, Zrębin 27 Street, 28-230 Połaniec, NIP:6443564791.
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing the service of participation in the loyalty program and for marketing purposes, if the Participant has consented to it.
The participant has the right to inspect his/her personal data, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent to data processing or change its scope. The participant also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The data will be made available to the Organizer of the FBT PSA loyalty program system, the FBT PSA company(NIP: 6443564791 based in Połaniec, and may also be made available to other entities.
Data will be processed for at least the duration of the loyalty program. Data may be kept longer, subject to the participant's consent to processing for marketing purposes.
§10. ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizer is not responsible for any incomplete or false data provided by the Participant while filling out the form, editing the data or ordering the prize. It is also not responsible for the consequences of the Participant sharing his/her registration or login information on the Website with third parties.
The Organizer's liability to the Participant is limited to the value of the Prizes obtained in the Program by the Participant.
The organizer is not responsible for the timeliness of delivery of shipments by the Polish post or courier service.
The organizer is not liable under the warranty for physical defects of prizes.
The organizer has the right to change the regulations at any time. Any changes to the regulations will be effective from the date of their announcement on www.tono.en
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
The competent court for all disputes arising in connection with the Program is the court with jurisdiction over the Organizer's headquarters.
